Using our full suite of capabilities, including product design research and product development, we help create testable solutions that bring new ventures into reality. It’s fast, customer-centric, without the high monetary and time investment.
Virtuo Labs venture studio creates startups by incubating new ideas and the ideas from our partners. Our internal team builds the minimum viable product, then validates the idea by finding product/market fit and early customers. If the idea passes validation, as a studio we seek to grow and scale those new ventures. This allows for greater efficiency, economies of scale, and the potential for cross-collaboration thus accelerating growth and improving the likelihood of success in today’s fast-paced and ever-evolving business landscape.

VIrtuo works together to identify potential business ideas that have the potential to be successful. We often observe a range of important problems that need to be solved. Virtuo and it’s partners are open to identify and define new venture project ideas.

The most promising opportunities are backed to develop a proof of concept. These ideas are evaluated by our leadership team and developed and tested with real users to gather feedback and explore the merits of the problem space quickly in significant depth. This allows the idea to iterate based on gathered real-world customer data.

Following proof of concept, we move to validate desirability with customers and in-market testing; viability by building out the business model and testing the value proposition; and feasibility, by building working prototypes to prove it’s possible. This forms a strong brand and product strategy and product-market fit.

We provide strategic business development support, from establishment of the right vehicle, to guidance on building a team, road mapping OKRs and business development, financial modeling and cashflow forecasts, R&D and commercialisation, and intellectual property aspects.

Virtuo helps identify R&D funding options and helps the venture get ready for investment. This can include preparing pitch documentation, capital raising information memorandums, term sheets, data rooms and due diligence, and capital raising through our investor network to secure the financing.

Virtuo helps mitigate the risks inherent in introduction of a new idea in market with well considered go-to-market strategies. This typically includes target marketing, a concrete sales drive, productionisation, and a clear focus on distribution. Once the venture is ready to launch, we help to bring the product or service to market and support its growth.
